Julia Tharp
Julia is a junior double majoring in Public Relations and Sociology with a Theatre minor as well as part of the Honors College. She has been a part of Busted Space for the past three years. At the end of her freshman year, she was elected to the executive board as treasurer! And then moved her way up to Managing Director. Throughout her time in Busted Space, she has been involved in the full length production of Stunning, the innovative Ghost Tours, and the super fun Night of Ten Minutes!
Gianna is a junior Theatre Design major with a focus in hair and makeup, as well as a fashion minor. She is the Artistic Director and co-president for Busted Space. Gia joined Busted Space last year as a troupe member and quickly found her passion for turning this group around. The last year she has seen so many amazing changes in the organization, and is so excited to see what they accomplish in the future!

Susan Harris
Susan is a junior double majoring in Hospitality and Food Management with a concentration in event planning and Theatre Creations with a concentration in Directing and minoring in American Sign Language. She has been a part of Busted Space for three years and on the board for two years as the Marketing Manager. She has been the AD for the full length production, Stunning as well as the director for the Ghost Tours 2019 and producer of Ghost Tours 2020. She is excited to grow Busted Space's troupe!

Emily is a junior acting major who has appeared in Busted Space's production of Stunning as "Lilly", 24 Hour Playfest, and Mean Girls (stage reading) as well as Ball State productions like The House of Bernarda Alba and Reals. She also produced Unchirped through Busted Space in fall of 2020. Emily is excited to bring theatre experiences to all majors and create fun, diverse shows that everyone here at Ball State can enjoy!

Zee Ramsey is a Junior Theatrical Creation Major at Ball State. Having been apart of Let's Talk About Gender and The Gender Bender Cabaret, in her sophomore year, she decided to be involved more. Now serving her second year as an apprentice, she has helped produce and direct the Off-Off-Hollywood production of Mean Girls, and Co Produced 'I'm Coming Home: A 24 Hour Playwrighting Festival'. Zee looks forward to working on more shows and hopefully directing her own production in the future!
Jackson is a second year Theatre Creation Option with a minor in ASL. He played Fred in the production of “Scooby Doo: Live” and directed Unchirped through Busted Space. He is the first one in this new position on the board and is extremely excited to jump into a board member role with Busted Space.

Gayle Radwick
Gayle is a junior double majoring in Theatre Directing and Creative Writing and has been a part of Busted Space since transferring to Ball State in Fall of 2018. They first worked on a ten-minute piece before directing the full-length production, Stunning in their freshman year. They produced Ghost Tours 2019 and try to be involved in as many Busted Space productions as possible, because they believe everyone should have the opportunity to pursue theatre, on or off stage, regardless of your major. They believe in Busted Space.
